Vom Apfel zum Saft
In dieser Woche konnten die 6. Klassen unserer Schule zusammen mit dem WI Kurs „Naturwerkstatt“ hautnah miterleben, wie aus selbst gelesenen und gepflückten Äpfeln ein sehr leckerer Saft gepresst wurde. Freundlicherweise stellte uns eine Privatperson mehrere Apfelbäume auf einer Streuobstwiese in unmittelbarer Nähe der Schule zur Verfügung. Eifrig sammelten und pflückten die Schülerinnen an einem Vormittag weit über 300 kg Äpfel. Am Donnerstag kam dann die mobile Saftpresse der Kelterfreunde Hüttenberg auf unseren Schulhof. Auch hier konnten die Schülerinnen wieder mithelfen. Die Äpfel wurden eingefüllt und auch die Presse durfte bedient werden. Von den ca. 180 Litern Apfelsaft wurde natürlich ein Großteil direkt verkostet, aber es konnte auch eine große Menge in Boxen abgefüllt werden. Diese werden am nächsten Tag der offenen Tür unserer Schule verkauft und der Erlös kommt der Schule zugute.
